Nudgely text messages

How to sign up, what you will get, and how to stop.

How to sign up

A sign-up form appears on the Nudgely online store while you are browsing. Enter your mobile number in that form and submit it. Entering your number is what opts you in. There is no other way to be added — we never buy, rent or import phone numbers — and signing up is never required to buy anything.

This is that form, with the disclosure it shows you:

The Nudgely sign-up form as it appears on the store, showing the mobile number field and the consent disclosure printed beneath it.
The live sign-up form on nudgely-2.myshopify.com, captured on 11 September 2026. This is a photograph of the form as it actually runs on the store, not a mock-up or an illustration.
By submitting your phone number you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Nudgely. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Terms: https://nudgely.io/terms Privacy: https://nudgely.io/privacy

The wording above and the wording in the image are the same words. The form does not carry its own copy of this text: it is sent to the page by the server, from a single function, and this page is generated from that same function. There is one place the sentence exists.

Messages come from Nudgely and are signed “Nudgely”. Your number is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else for their own marketing.

About this page

This page describes how text message sign-up works. It is not itself a sign-up form, and there is deliberately no form on it: the only place a number can be entered is the form on the store, so a second one here would be a form that collects nothing.
