Will it slow down my store?+
No. The popup loads asynchronously after your page content. Your Core Web Vitals and page speed scores are not affected.
How do contacts get into Klaviyo or Mailchimp?+
Instantly. When a visitor submits their contact info after playing, Nudgely fires a server-side request to your connected platform. Contacts appear in real time - no CSV imports, no delays.
Can I customize the prizes and discount codes?+
Yes. You control the prize text, discount codes, colors, and game trigger rules - all from the Nudgely dashboard inside Shopify. No code required.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
