Your price depends on how many orders your store does each month, and every plan includes both halves of Nudgely: the popup games and the AI texting. The only extra is the texts themselves, at exactly what the carriers charge us.
Most tools in this category make their margin on the messages you send, which is why so few of them will give you a spending ceiling and mean it. We make nothing on the messages at all.
So you pick a number you are comfortable with each month, and we tell you roughly how many texts that buys. You are only billed for what actually sends, and when the ceiling is reached everything stops instead of quietly running on.
A rough sketch, not a promise. Move the sliders to see the shape of it for a store your size.
Your Shopify order count for the month, all of it, not just the orders Nudgely had a hand in. It is a measure of your size rather than a commission, and Shopify gives us the number so you never have to report anything.
Whatever the carriers charge, passed straight through with nothing added. You tell us a monthly number you are comfortable with, we tell you roughly how many texts that buys, and you are billed for what actually goes out rather than the number you set. When the ceiling is reached, sending stops.
Because then we would quietly want you to send more of them, and you would have no way to know whether a message went out because it was worth sending. Making nothing on the messages is what lets us give you a hard ceiling and mean it.
Yes. Nudgely runs as a theme app extension, so it sits on top of your store without touching your theme code, and you will not need a developer.
No. The popup loads after your page content, so it stays out of the way of how fast your store loads.
Instantly. When somebody submits their details after playing, Nudgely sends them straight to your connected platform, with no CSV imports and no delay.
Yes. The prize text, the discount codes, the colors and the rules about when the game appears are all yours to set from the Nudgely dashboard inside Shopify, without touching any code.
No. Nudgely remembers who has already played and shows the popup on a schedule you control. Somebody who already opted in is left alone.
The United States, for now. Consent law is genuinely different elsewhere and we would rather support a country properly than badly. Numbers from outside the US are still captured and still get their code on screen.
